The list is a digital product that is delivered instantly. That's why there's a free trial list: you can check the format and quality before you buy.

If your file is empty, can't be opened, or doesn't match the description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or give you a full refund. A name being registered by someone else after our last check is not grounds for a refund, because availability is only guaranteed as of the time shown in each row.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Dodo Payments receipt email and include your payment ID.
